I come here pretty often and every time I get very good service. Staff is polite, knowledgable and always helpful although they are very busy branch. I have been to other branches on Oxford street or Totenham court road and I was pretty disappointed so good job Marble Arch team.

I visited Holland & Barrett Marble Arch with my wife 2 days ago. We went in just to get our supplements but we were offered a consultation from a qualified staff member about our wellness. My wife is struggling with tiredness and fatigue. We didn’t know there is a wellness clinic inside the store. We received a professional advice and we both were booked for full check up blood test in the same store. Great service and beautiful place.

I've often passed by this branch on Oxford Street/Marble Arch but finally popped in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's a bright, clean, spacious store that appears to carry their entire range! It was well stocked and easy to find what I was looking for. Their prices are competitive and there were quite a few bargains on offer too. Staff displayed excellent customer service and product awareness. I'm glad I stopped by...

Havent been to London since covid started.I finally came back and visited my favourite hollan&barrett store in Marble Arch. Wow! The store looks amazing. What a transformation! Store has its own wellness hub.Staff was amazing ( as always) and so knowedgeable. I got my private and very detailed consultation. Thanks to the whole team who was great as always.

I was so greatly surprised when not only one assistant helped us looking for the vital wheat gluten, but another very kind member asked us again when we were looking for the deodorants. Truly great customer service, she went downstairs to look for something for us. Corrine and a gentleman with glasses and apron, thank you!

We went yesterday, kinda searching for something to help with my dad’s health and we found such a great and welcoming International stuff (I think her name was Corine) she offered advice and when she realised my mom spoke French. She quickly switched the language, which was so helpful. Her advice and help was priceless really. I love Holland and Barrett in general but I will specifically be back to this store to get more advices from this lady.

I had my biometric check done in Marble Arch H&B. Check and a follow up consultation with a staff member were free. I found out about my body weight and mass. The lady recommended me great products that I already stated taking and I feel much better now.
